A spacious and elegant retreat in the timeless charm of Venice’s Lido
The Apartment is in a very calm street of Lido of Venice, near the public boat stop of San Maria Elisabetta and 10 minutes’ walk from the beach. It is well positioned for groceries and supermarkets, and a great patisserie and deli to buy food.
It is the perfect location to spend the hot season in relax and be close to Venice for a stroll or visiting museums and at the same time close to the beach for a swim in the Adriatic Sea. Bike rentals and the famous “Risciò”, a bike for 4 persons, can be rented nearby for excursions in Malamocco, the antique Venetian settlement and fish restaurants. The island that has 10km of straight road that brings you from one side to the other and it is perfect for jogging and cycling.
The apartment has 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms; one bathroom has a shower and the other a bathtub. The beds can be arranged as 3 double or 6 singles on demand and there is a private garden for exclusive use of the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a table with seating for 6. The living room has plenty of couches and armchairs to sit up to 8 persons.

We personally pick you up at your arrival point in Venice, while in other cities this first appointment takes place at the home address.
A member of our team will accompany you to the apartment, show you around, and explain all its features.
Check-in time is from 3PM to 8PM.

If you arrive after 8:00 PM, there is a €50.00 late check-in fee. After 10:00 PM, there is a €100.00 late check-in fee.
After midnight, a request must be submitted.

Upon check-in, you’ll pay the city tourist tax. This tax will be applied to each guest and is calculated based on the accommodation category, guest age, and length of stay.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or light candles inside the houses.
No pets are allowed in the house.
We thoroughly clean and prepare each home before guests’ arrival and after their departure. If you wish, you can request an additional cleaning and towel change service for a fee.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (using PayPal), and bank transfers.
