Ca’ del Pescador is a rare Venetian home: a three-storey house filled with natural light, with a private garden and an extraordinary front-row view over the Grand Canal, facing the Ca’ d’Oro. On the ground floor, an inviting living area unfolds into a lounge, dining space and fully equipped kitchen, along with a convenient guest bathroom. The first floor features a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, alongside a second bedroom with a small double bed (one-and-a-half), plus an additional bathroom on the same level. The top floor hosts a single bedroom with its own bathroom and a beautiful terrace looking out over the garden and the Grand Canal. Interiors are thoughtfully curated, creating a warm, elegant atmosphere without feeling formal.
The location makes it easy to experience Venice at its most authentic: Ca’ del Pescador sits just around the corner from Rialto’s famous fish market, where the city feels wonderfully alive in the morning and surprisingly quiet later on. From the doorstep, local shops, bacari and waterside walks are moments away, with the rhythm of everyday Venice all around.

We personally pick you up at your arrival point in Venice, while in other cities this first appointment takes place at the home address.
A member of our team will accompany you to the apartment, show you around, and explain all its features.

If you arrive after 8:00 PM, there is a €50.00 late check-in fee. After 10:00 PM, there is a €100.00 late check-in fee.
After midnight, a request must be submitted.

Upon check-in, you’ll pay the city tourist tax. This tax will be applied to each guest and is calculated based on the accommodation category, guest age, and length of stay.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or light candles inside the houses.
No pets are allowed in the house.
We thoroughly clean and prepare each home before guests’ arrival and after their departure. If you wish, you can request an additional cleaning and towel change service for a fee.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (using PayPal), and bank transfers.

What is the Serenity Service?
With the Serenity Service, we provide you with our full assistance and support throughout your stay. In the event of accidental damage, we will take care of the insurance claim on your behalf, so you won’t have to worry about a thing. Please note that the cost of the service is non-refundable at check-out.
Deposit
For bookings made at least 15 days before the arrival date, we require a deposit equal to 35% of the total amount. For bookings made within 15 days of arrival, the full amount will be requested.
