A quiet retreat in the heart of Venice
Venetian Alcove is located in the Santa Croce district, a particularly quiet area, tucked away from the busiest tourist routes. The apartment was fully renovated in March 2025 and offers well-designed and functional interiors.
It is situated on the second floor of a building with no lift and is accessed via a few small steps. It features one bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen.
The nearest vaporetto stop is San Stae. Within walking distance are the Rialto Market, the train station, Piazzale Roma, and the lively Campo San Giacomo dell’Orio.

In the event of a lockdown, all reservations will receive a 100% refund if canceled up to 24 hours before arrival.

We personally pick you up at your arrival point in Venice, while in other cities this first appointment takes place at the home address.
A member of our team will accompany you to the apartment, show you around, and explain all its features.
Check-in time is from 3PM to 8PM.

If you arrive after 8:00 PM, there is a €50.00 late check-in fee. After 10:00 PM, there is a €100.00 late check-in fee.
After midnight, a request must be submitted.

Upon check-in, you’ll pay the city tourist tax. This tax will be applied to each guest and is calculated based on the accommodation category, guest age, and length of stay.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or light candles inside the houses.
No pets are allowed in the house.
We thoroughly clean and prepare each home before guests’ arrival and after their departure. If you wish, you can request an additional cleaning and towel change service for a fee.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (using PayPal), and bank transfers.

What is the Serenity Service?
With the Serenity Service, we provide you with our full assistance and support throughout your stay. In the event of accidental damage, we will take care of the insurance claim on your behalf, so you won’t have to worry about a thing. Please note that the cost of the service is non-refundable at check-out.
Deposit
For bookings made at least 15 days before the arrival date, we require a deposit equal to 35% of the total amount. For bookings made within 15 days of arrival, the full amount will be requested.
