The spacious living room is furnished with two large sofas, soft cushions, and a small library, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The property is part of a collection of three apartments on the same floor, all owned by the same Venetian family and managed by The Red House Company. They can be rented together or separately, offering the ideal solution for larger groups or families seeking privacy and authentic Venetian charm.

In the event of a lockdown, all reservations will receive a 100% refund if canceled up to 24 hours before arrival.

We personally pick you up at your arrival point in Venice, while in other cities this first appointment takes place at the home address.
A member of our team will accompany you to the apartment, show you around, and explain all its features.

If you arrive after 8:00 PM, there is a €50.00 late check-in fee. After 10:00 PM, there is a €100.00 late check-in fee.
After midnight, a request must be submitted.

Upon check-in, you’ll pay the city tourist tax. This tax will be applied to each guest and is calculated based on the accommodation category, guest age, and length of stay.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or light candles inside the houses.
No pets are allowed in the house.
We thoroughly clean and prepare each home before guests’ arrival and after their departure. If you wish, you can request an additional cleaning and towel change service for a fee.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (using PayPal), and bank transfers.

What is the Serenity Service?
With the Serenity Service, we provide you with our full assistance and support throughout your stay. In the event of accidental damage, we will take care of the insurance claim on your behalf, so you won’t have to worry about a thing. Please note that the cost of the service is non-refundable at check-out.
Deposit
For bookings made at least 15 days before the arrival date, we require a deposit equal to 35% of the total amount. For bookings made within 15 days of arrival, the full amount will be requested.
