Ca’ Marcello Levante is a bright and elegant apartment located on the third floor of Palazzo Marcello Dei Leoni, a historic residence overlooking the canal that leads directly to the Grand Canal. The building is equipped with a lift, offering guests both comfort and quiet in the very heart of Venice.
The apartment features two double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, a refined dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, all recently restored and furnished in September 2025. Large windows fill the interiors with natural light and frame picturesque canal views, creating a serene and sophisticated atmosphere.
Perfectly situated for exploring the city, Ca’ Marcello Levante provides quick access to public transport connections leading to the car parks, the train station, and the airport. The property is part of a collection of three apartments on the same floor, all owned by the same Venetian family and managed by The Red House Company. They can be rented together or separately, offering the ideal solution for larger groups or families seeking privacy and authentic Venetian charm.

We personally pick you up at your arrival point in Venice, while in other cities this first appointment takes place at the home address.
A member of our team will accompany you to the apartment, show you around, and explain all its features.
Check-in time is from 3PM to 8PM.

If you arrive after 8:00 PM, there is a €50.00 late check-in fee. After 10:00 PM, there is a €100.00 late check-in fee.
After midnight, a request must be submitted.

Upon check-in, you’ll pay the city tourist tax. This tax will be applied to each guest and is calculated based on the accommodation category, guest age, and length of stay.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or light candles inside the houses.
No pets are allowed in the house.
We thoroughly clean and prepare each home before guests’ arrival and after their departure. If you wish, you can request an additional cleaning and towel change service for a fee.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (using PayPal), and bank transfers.

What is the Serenity Service?
With the Serenity Service, we provide you with our full assistance and support throughout your stay. In the event of accidental damage, we will take care of the insurance claim on your behalf, so you won’t have to worry about a thing. Please note that the cost of the service is non-refundable at check-out.
Deposit
For bookings made at least 15 days before the arrival date, we require a deposit equal to 35% of the total amount. For bookings made within 15 days of arrival, the full amount will be requested.
