Three bedrooms apartment in Dorsoduro
This apartment is located in Santa Marta area within Dorsoduro district in Venice. Old backyard of the commercial docks now a vibrant university area and full of nice bars. Positioned on a side of the canal of “Rio delle Terese” and near the “Ponte Longo di Santa Marta”. It is a garden apartment with tree double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The garden goes around the flat that is just few steps above the street level.
Very colourful it is owned by a “Marangon” or carpenter that has built or restored almost all pieces of furniture in the house. The Marangoni were the carpenters of the Republic of Venice.
The apartment has large bedrooms, two of which can be turned in twin bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms with shower and a laundry room, a separate kitchen. Despite being at street level it is extremely quiet thanks to the position of the apartment, the garden and the special double-glazed windows.
There are groceries, small shops and nice bars in the area and it is very convenient for the logistics as it is near the vaporetto stop of Santa Marta and about 10 minutes’ walk from Piazzale Roma and the train station.

If you arrive after 8:00 PM, there is a €50.00 late check-in fee. After 10:00 PM, there is a €100.00 late check-in fee.
After midnight, a request must be submitted.

Upon check-in, you’ll pay the city tourist tax. This tax will be applied to each guest and is calculated based on the accommodation category, guest age, and length of stay.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or light candles inside the houses.
No pets are allowed in the house.
We thoroughly clean and prepare each home before guests’ arrival and after their departure. If you wish, you can request an additional cleaning and towel change service for a fee.
