L’edificio si sviluppa su 3 piani. Ogni piano ha 2 appartamenti identici con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, un soggiorno, sala da pranzo e una cucina. Tutti gli appartamenti hanno un terrazzino e un balcone. L’edificio ha anche un giardino in comune. L’edificio si trova di fronte all’hotel Excelsior sul Lungo mare Marconi e il cancello stradale si trova a 200 metri dalla spiaggia.
Luminosi e spaziosi, tutti gli appartamenti sono dotati di vista sul giardino, aria condizionata, internet wireless, cucina attrezzata. Gli appartamenti possono essere affittati anche per periodi mensili o stagionali ed sono l’ideale per una vacanza in famiglia al Lido. La strada parallela al Lungo mare Marconi è Via San Sandro Gallo dove abbondano i negozi du generi alimentari e le pasticcerie. La zona è ben servita dagli autobus per andare in qualsiasi direzione dell’isola e la zona è estremamente tranquilla.

We personally pick you up at your arrival point in Venice, while in other cities this first appointment takes place at the home address.

If you arrive after 8:00 PM, there is a €50.00 late check-in fee. After 10:00 PM, there is a €100.00 late check-in fee.
After midnight, a request must be submitted.

Upon check-in, you’ll pay the city tourist tax. This tax will be applied to each guest and is calculated based on the accommodation category, guest age, and length of stay.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or light candles inside the houses.
No pets are allowed in the house.
We thoroughly clean and prepare each home before guests’ arrival and after their departure. If you wish, you can request an additional cleaning and towel change service for a fee.

What is the Serenity Service?
With the Serenity Service, we provide you with our full assistance and support throughout your stay. In the event of accidental damage, we will take care of the insurance claim on your behalf, so you won’t have to worry about a thing. Please note that the cost of the service is non-refundable at check-out.
Deposit
For bookings made at least 15 days before the arrival date, we require a deposit equal to 35% of the total amount. For bookings made within 15 days of arrival, the full amount will be requested.
